Colombo District Court employee arrested while accepting bribe

There needs to be a massive education campaign across the country starting with school children on the consequences of bribery and corruption. This should also be extended to all state sector employees and the general public. Simply arresting a few here and there is not going to make a difference. You are only skimming the surface of the problem as 99.9% of such cases go undetected.
