A circular is to be issued to government institutions and departments tomorrow instructing them to take steps to use electricity and fuel cautiously.

Accordingly, the circular will be issued to all government institutions tomorrow, Secretary to the Ministry of Public Administration J.J. ​​Ratnasiri said.
