Cardinal Malcolm Ranjith never had prior knowledge on Easter Sunday attacks: Fr. Cyril Gamini

Colombo, June 17 (Daily Mirror) -The Archbishop of Colombo was never given prior warnings on the Easter Sunday bomb attacks and he was informed about the mayhem on April 21st morning after he held a private service at Bishops House Colombo, spokesman for Cardinal Ranjith, Fr. Cyril Gamini Fernando said today. 

"The allegation that the Cardinal was informed by his security personnel was also wrong as he was never provided security before the attacks. A team of security personnel was provided to him only after the Easter Sunday attacks," Fr. Gamini added. Pic by Pradeep Pathirana
