All Catholic schools to be closed next week
All Catholic schools in the island will be closed next week because of the present situation, Director Catholic schools , Fr. Gemunu Dias said.
"Considering the present situation in the country, all Catholic Private Schools and Catholic International Schools in the Western Province will be closed from 4th April to 8th April 2022," Fr. Dias said.
Govenment schools were also closed except for those who were sitting for end of term exams.(Yohan Perera )
