The is a misuse of the term AI. These are just a GPS enables device with some basic knowledge built into it. I guess an Arduino with a few sensors can carry out this task.

AI Operated Device? That is as vague as vague can be. Are they self driving buses? Or are you installing sensors to track location/Speed and calling it AI Operated Device to sound smart? Because in front of people who are in the IT field, you sound like someone who doesn't know/understand what is being carried out by your own ministry. Starting to sound like Bandula Gunawardena when he was throwing the word AI without know what it is.
