80% school attendance a must for A/L exam from 2023

Why cannot a child learn at home and then sit for an exam? When education is a right of a child why this idiotic rule?

Yes ...there is no harm in introducing some strict rules for student attendance and yet there must be some exception for all general rules .. What if students are very sick; disable and can't attend schools due to various reasons ...this rule is a clear cut discrimination on all those who cannot attend What about home schooling concepts if some parents prefer to teach them at home now due to modern technology. Make sure to allocate enough money for education instead of defense...this government give more money to protect their power instead of protecting people
