Three new ministers sworn in

Three new ministers, including one state minister, were sworn in before President Maithripala Sirisena at the President's residence in Colombo today.

Public Administration and Disaster Management Minister, Ranjith Madduma Bandara, was sworn in as Minister of Rural Economic Affairs. Minister P. Harrisson was sworn in as Agriculture, Livestock Development, Irrigation and Fisheries and Aquatic Resources Development Minister sans Rural Economic Affairs (the latter being a post he had previously held). Lastly, MP Wasantha Senanayake was sworn in as the State Minister of Foreign Affairs.

    We urge President to appoint all 225 MPs as Ministers. Provide them with perks and benefits including bulletproof vehicles. (You may get a good discount when ordering 225 vehicles). Be united and amend any article in the constitution to allow this. This is the only way the country could be saved.
