Opposition Leader Mahinda Rajapaksa and Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi had reiterated their commitment to strengthen ties and work towards the mutual benefit of both nations. Mr. Rajapaksa said he spoke with Prime Minister Modi over the phone a short while ago and congratulated PM Modi on his landslide victory.

Who is MR ? he is not a leader of sri lanka nor he is the gov't ... and why Modi is talking political crap with MR ? Last time when I checked there was a gov't in sri lanka or do we ?
