Navy Sports Club and Old Wesley Sports Club won the Open Club final and Development finals respectively at the Western Province Rugby Football Union (WPRFU) conducted Under 24 Seven a side rugby tournament which took place at the Police Park recently. Old Wesley SC outclassed Panadura RFC while Navy SC handed off Peterson SC in the two final encounters.
The main sponsors were Pakistan High Commission and Nippon Paint while Prima Group supported as the Co-Sponsor while the former Anandian rugby players Booso Dental too supported for this event as a sponsor.

Development Semi-finals:

Old Wesley Sports Club beat Science Maroons 10-05, Panadura Rugby Football Club beat Moralians Sports Club 34-05

Development final: 

Old Wesley SC beat Panadura RFC 21-07

Open Club final: 

Navy Sports Club beat Peterson SC 50-05
