U-19 Cricket Tourney Piyarathana MMV into quarters

A fine century by Malindu Shamal and a six-wicket haul by Madushan Perera paved the way for Siri Piyarathana MMV, Padukka to record an easy first innings win over Piliyandala Central College in their Under-19 Division Two Inter-Schools 2-day Cricket Tournament pre quarter-final encounter which concluded at Padukka yesterday.   
Siri Piyarathana MMV made a formidable 294 runs in their first innings and Piliyandala Central were bowled out for 195 runs in reply.

Piliyandala Central (48/1 overnight): 195 (Sithum Nimnaka 47, Jamith Dilshan 35, Ushan Deemantha 20, Madushan Perera 6/47, Kavinda Eshwara 3/57).
