A five-wicket haul by left-arm spinner Upul Indrasiri who ended with a match bag of eight wickets paved the way for Negombo CC, who conceded a first innings lead, to record an outright win by five wickets over Lankan CC in the Premier Tier A Plate Championship inter-club cricket encounter concluded at De Zoysa Stadium in Moratuwa yesterday.
In the other two matches that ended yesterday at the Colts and NCC grounds, Moors SC and Tamil Union recorded easy first innings wins against Badureliya SC and SSC respectively.
