The henchman, reportedly throwing his weight about in a historic city, is using his political clout to get the transfers of all friendly teachers in the area cancelled.
The undue interference in teacher transfers by this person has become a veritable hindrance to the smooth functioning of schools in an educational zone of historic rock fame, they say.
