Reiterating its commitment to corporate excellence and dynamism, 99X Technology has been ranked among Sri Lanka’s top 100 Most Respected Entities for 2015 in LMD’s annual survey, which is conducted by the global research company Nielsen. Its first time on the prestigious index, the company has also been listed as the winner in the technology sector, as the IT company with the highest score according to the Olympic Ranking System followed by the index.

“It is truly a great privilege for us to be ranked among some of Sri Lanka’s most esteemed organisations. Ours is an employee-centric company, and this is a testament to the effort and commitment of our people to uplift the company to such a status within the country. It also invigorates the IT sector, to have made this list as a technology firm,” stated 99X Technology Co-Founder and CEO Mano Sekaram, commenting on this achievement.

Now in its 11th year, the Most Respected Entities in Sri Lanka index aims to measure peer perceptions of corporate admiration. In line with this, respondents nominate the organisations they perceive as being the best based on the criteria of financial performance, quality consciousness, management profile, honesty, innovation, dynamism, corporate culture, CSR, vision and nation-mindedness. The survey is conducted among a sample of 800 respondents (managers and above) from listed companies, the LMD 100 and Brands Annual.

99X Technology is an award-winning software product engineering company that specialises in delivering high-end software product development services to independent software vendors (ISVs) worldwide, with a primary focus within the European region. Headquartered in Sri Lanka, the company also has offices in Oslo, Norway and has an outstanding track record in building and delivering over 150 high quality commercial products. It has been named one of Asia’s Best Workplaces for 2015 and has been ranked among the top 20 best companies to work for in Sri Lanka by the Great Place To Work Institute for three consecutive years.
