Large crowds flock to Passara to see wreckage of ill fated bus

Large crowds from far and wide flocked to the 13th Km mile post in Passara on the Lunugala-Colombo road the location of the fatal bus accident last Saturday (20) to see the wreckage of the ill-fated bus. A police team has been deployed by the Passara police to provide protection to the people from any possible danger. The Road Development Authority had put up a protective fence . 

 
Meanwhile a senior police official said the wreckage of the bus could not be lifted from the precipice as yet and that it was a tedious task.
