Mohamed Shamaz cracked a fine century as Antonians SC cruised to a convincing 87-run victory over United SC in their Governor’s Cup Inter-Club Cricket Tournament encounter played at Wattala yesterday.

Antonians SC taking first lease of the wicket made a formidable 257 and United SC in reply were bowled out for 170 runs.

United SC: 170 in 41.5 overs (Chamod Sandaru 46).

At Maggona (Singha SC, Ambalangoda won by two wickets)
Crusaders SC: 209 in 36.2 overs (Malinda Jayod 67)

At Pannipitiya (MAS Unichela SC won by six wickets)
