At least seven fishermen were hospitalised after a gas tank at a fishing vessel exploded at Dikkowita harbour this evening, police said.
They said the injured were admitted to the Colombo National Hospital and Colombo North Teaching Hospital.
According to the police, the incident reported when the boat arrived at the harbour to refuel before going for fishing.(DSB)
