Could this sad situation have been avoided, if concerns were voiced earlier?

What would be termed as complaints is any one saying they couldn’t convince a child after a c-sec done by this doc. That’s obviously fanned by the media and monks going all out to hang him before he is found guilty. So 100 of 500 doesn’t mean anything much. Prove his wrong doing and then bring the law and disgrace on him. That would be the hallmark of a civilised society.... but then that’s too much to expect.
