The schools opened except Western Province is a complete failure. It is just an eyewash, only a few students attending school while some schools were closed again. How the higher authority convince the parents while shielding all Zonal and other education offices with polythene covers and restricting visitors ,leaving only the schools left open with no such precautions leaving the life of teachers and students at risk.
