Five more die of COVID-19: Death toll increases to 586

The COVID-19 death toll in Sri Lanka climbed to 586 with five more deaths being confirmed by the Director-General of Health Services, the Government Information Department said.

Accordingly, an 80-year-old female from Battaramulla, a 67-year-old male from Colombo, a 71-year-old male from Jaffna,  a 77-year-old male from Battaramullaand a 71-year-old female from Colombo 10 died from the virus.
