A SriLankan flight carrying 208 students who were stranded in London, UK, arrived at the Bandaranaike International Airport (BIA) early this morning.

The UL-504 flight arrived at the BIA at around 3.30 a.m today.

The students and their luggage were disinfected at the airport and then were taken to quarantine centres by the Sri Lanka Army.

Meanwhile, the SriLankan flight UL-503 left the BIA this morning for London Heathrow Airport to bring the second batch of Sri Lankan students stranded in the UK. (T.K.G. Kapila)
