Considering the adverse impact that would emanating from the burial of humans especially in the eco system of the earth and also hindering the sustainable development of the earth by erecting permanent tombs, it is very important to introduce new legislation making the cremation is mandatory. The population is ever increasing. The needs of the humans are ever increasing. The land masses are diminishing natural reasons and still we can not understand the threats posted to future generations of all living beings including humans.
