The two suspects including the businessman who were involved in clearing the Anawilundawa Wetland Sanctuary in Mundalama, Puttalam were released on bail by the Chilaw Magistrate’s Court today.
They were released on a surety bail of Rs. 10 million each by the Magistrate.
The businessman and the bulldozer operator had been arrested and remanded for clearing the Wetland Sanctuary. (Agustin Fernando)

what a pathetic judiciary we have in Sri Lanka. I guess judges are waiting in courts ready to sign bail papers for all the offences done by politicos and their catchers.
