All grades in all schools, including pre-schools in the Western Province (WP) will open tomorrow (Monday), Education Ministry said.
The Ministry had taken this decision after the recommendations given by the Director General of Health Service.
The announcement on opening schools in WP was made on March 25 by the Minister following a media briefing.
He said schools with grade five, eleven and thirteen in Colombo, Gampaha and Kalutara districts in the Western Province (WP) began as the first step following COVID-19 pandemic.
