While refuting claims that the parliamentarians were not informed of an impending attack on the Easter Sunday on April, 21, 2019, SJB MP Kumara Welgama said today he had also been informed of such an attack by his Personal Security Officer (PSO).

He informed Parliament that he had mentioned it in Parliament on April 24 just three days after the attack.

“We all were informed of an impending attack on Easter Sunday in 2019. No one can claim that he was not informed. I have mentioned it in my speech in parliament on April 24 just a few days after the attack. It is there in the Hansard also,” he said. (Ajith Siriwardana and Yohan Perera)

The sad story is even the Cardinal seems to have known about this. They all under estimated the attack, just like the Americans did for September 11 attack.

Let me tell we all Sri Lankans are fooled by our politicians. They are selling our country. They are all above the law of our country. They lie to us. Both present and past government are all crooks. I am not prepared to accept comments by our politicians. Our country is bankrupt. Thanks to our politicians.

But poor voters are still fighting to bring them into power.
