Network security vendor SonicWall re-launched as independent company

Connex Information Technologies (Pvt.) Ltd, and SonicWall Inc, relaunched SonicWall as an independent company recently, which is a platform dedicated to taking on the danger posed by the next generation of cyber crimes.
SonicWall, originally a private company headquartered in San Jose, California and Dell subsidiary from 2012 to 2016, sells a range of internet appliances primarily directed at content control and network security. 
Talking at the event, SonicWall Country Manager Debasish Mukherjee said that with the new branding and new logo they are planning to do a host of new things in Sri Lanka.
He said that they have been supporting two million customers for the last 25 years, globally. The company said that the new SonicWall is grown on four pillars which are;  firewall, security cloud, zero-touch and new networks. 
Themed, ‘Capture more; Fear less’, they said that anyone has to chose SonicWall is because it is a trusted partner, their huge customer base, being the NSS Las leader for four years and having the only multi engine sandbox etc. The company said that SonicWall protects from e-mail threats, ransomware and encrypted threats. 
Believing in the importance of being proactive by understanding the innovation and advancements being made on both sides of the proverbial battlefield, it was noted that, to that end, every year the company publishes the SoincWall annual threat report, offering clients, partners and peers a detailed overview of the happenings and situation of the cyber security landscape. 
They have been providing an automated real-time cyber defense solution turned to the specific needs of more than 500,000 global businesses in over 150 countries.
