A doctor of the Ampara DHS office and his wife, a school teacher, have volunteered to be foster parents of the three children whose parents died in the fatal bus accident in Passara. The three children aged 09, 08 and 03 were orphaned when their parents Anthony Samy Nova (32) and Benett Madona (31) died in the accident.
