A ‘Seela Samadhi’ Sil observance campaign was held at the Kelaniya Raja Maha Viharaya yesterday with the participation of the youth coinciding with Duruthu Full Moon Poya. Prime Minister Mahinda Rajapaksa also attended the programme conceptualised by Sports and Youth Affairs Minister Namal Rajapaksa, covering the whole country.
