Three COVID-19 infected patients from the Minuwangoda Brandix cluster recovered and were discharged from hospitals yesterday for the first time, according to statistics of the National Operation Centre for Prevention of COVID-19 (NOCPC).  

Accordingly, the total number of patients recovered from the virus rose to 3,440 while the toll of confirmed Covid-19 patients detected so far stood at 5,585.  

A total of 32 Covid patients recovered yesterday while there are 2,132 active cases.  

The total positive Covid patients from the Minuwangoda Brandix cluster surged to 2,122 with another 47 cases reported yesterday.   

Meanwhile, the authorities have conducted 391,060 PCR tests so far.
