We almost daily hear opening of new power stations, but nothing works. Daily power cuts is the only reality. Why this always (power) breakdown situations??

He look is not impressive. Look at the meters shown in the picture. All are reading almost zeros. That means no power is coming from the turbine, because no wind. Wind power plant plant factor is only 15%. Wind power is very costly because of this very poor plant factor.
