UNP appoint a PC election committee

Opposition leader Ranil Wickremesinghe speaking to the media at a news conference today said a new committee in charge of the PC elections was appointed. The UNP working committee has made a unanimous decision that the party leader will be appointed only once in six years. Pix by Pradeep Pathirana and Sameera Rajapakse
