A protest consisting thousands of university students was staged today by the Inter University Students Federation (IUSF) authorities for the removal of the Vice Chancellor of the Sri Jayawardenapura University and against the bomb attack that damaged the student heroes statue at the university. Tens of thousand of school children, parents got stranded Galle road and in many areas due to this stupid protest Traffic didn't move for hours

it was Gunarathnam's way of protesting against detention of wife and child. VC removal was was just a pretext. Who will look into the interest of those got stranded
