    Government has not reduced the intake to the existing medical faculties. Some doctors who got their education free had left the country. Our country needs more doctors. Let the Sri Lankan students who can afford to pay the expenses to follow the Medical degree, study in Sri Lanka. Else they will go to another country and get the degree.
