Prime Minister Ranil Wickremesinghe today met Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe in Kyoto International Conference Hall.
Bilateral discussions also took place between the two Prime Ministers. Technology, Technical Education and Employment Minister Susil Premajayantha, New Ambassador of Japan Prof. Dhammika Dissanayake, Premier’s Senior Advisor Prof. Monti Cassim and Premier’s Secretary Saman Ekanayake were also on the Sri Lankan delegation.

Susil must have witnessed the two different ways of diplomatic approach, by his previous boss and Premier Ranil. I will not be surprised if Susil makes a statement praising the diplomatic skills of Ranil, on his return.
