Nilanga Senanayake (32) was crowned as Mrs. Asia International last night at the final pageant held in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. She was among 30 contestants representing Asian countries vying for the title. She arrived in the country today. Pix by Deepa Adikari

These contests are a joke around the word, even a contest such as "Mrs World". Anyone with any self respect would never enter such contests. It's people making money off these. The only two recognized beauty contests are ; Ms. Universe & Ms. World.
The rest are all spin offs to make some money for the organizers.
