    Pradeep Sunday, 21 July 2013 03:49 PM

Who gave the loan and at what interest. 39,000 Million Rupees for 4,500 families. This looks like the Kolonnawa Bunt with a Concrete wall. Who is trhe master brain behind this.

    Ravi Sunday, 21 July 2013 03:33 PM

OMG..Sorry that the shawl did not get entangled..It would have been a good sacrifice to get this project started..May be, the next time...

MAc Pro Sunday, 21 July 2013 02:52 PM

Aiyo No..Whatever he touches or opens is a Flop..Harbour and airport in Hambantota....etc...Sadly A cursed opener, with losses into Billions...Sometimes, better not do or start these projects as we don't then lose so much of our country's funds...Ah forgot.,,but they need to make their commissions eh...sorry

    jonnydep Sunday, 21 July 2013 02:50 PM

    what a waste of money!!!

    Jonathan Sunday, 21 July 2013 02:48 PM

39.7 billion spent on 4500 families? that's more than 8 million a family. What difference it could have made, if that money was given directly to those families.

    meenavan Sunday, 21 July 2013 12:10 PM

Pocket Lokkah Sunday, 21 July 2013 08:39 AM

Hope he starts building a new cemetery , exclusive for his family and friends as there wont be enough room in places like Kanatte for all these fellows and catchers. He will whack commissions even when going to his death.

People are criticizing , corruptions, 20%commission , Law and order but don't react to the projects like this. The bis man is trying to do something before end of his period.

    ANTON Sunday, 21 July 2013 06:02 AM

HEY , FIRST TIME IN THE HISTORY OF SRILANKA,..... NO RELIGIOUS CEREMONIES. MONKS MIGHT GO ON A STRIKE.

    ANTON Sunday, 21 July 2013 05:54 AM

TOTAL COST = PROJECT COST + COMMISSIONS + WASTAGE + EXPENSES FOR CEREMONIES.

Critic Roshan Sunday, 21 July 2013 05:43 AM

Only after few years from now we could see the actual result. A good project.
