Impeached Chief Justice Shirani Bandaranaike appeared before the Commission to Investigate Allegations of Bribery or Corruption this morning after she was noticed to do so. But Dr. Bandaranayake refused to make a statement to the Commission alleging that the members were biased. (Pix by Pradeep Pathirana)
