Two sluice gates of the Victoria Reservoir automatically opened today for the first time since 2005. All seven gates are expected to open if the prevailing heavy showers in the area continue.

Yep it is strong and this type of projects build for 50+ years :-).
But this Mahvali project is failure .Before this project we never had Loans from any international Country's.at that time there no need of requirement to do Mahvali project. This is the Project let us down and drag us to start get Loans from international Country's.
