Earth embankment collapses in Laggala

An embankment of earth had collapsed at a site of the Moragahakanda -Kalu Ganga project in Laggala today. Four rescue teams belonging to the Army Commando Regiment had been deployed to handle the rescue effort. Pix by Indika Aruna kumara
