The Prime Lands group, a leading real estate company, recently came onboard to power the 36th National Conference of Chartered Accountants with a Gold sponsorship.

The conference, which will revolve around the theme ‘Catalyst 2015: Collaborate to Compete’, will be held from November 4 to 6, 2015 at the BMICH, Colombo, and is the flagship event of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka (CA Sri Lanka).

Prime Lands Group Chairman B. Premalal said that for businesses or any other entity to sustain, creating the right balance between collaboration and competition is vital to meet with the great challenges that lie ahead.

“We acknowledge the importance of being associated with Sri Lanka’s most widely recognized accounting body. Since Prime Lands Group is very passionate on its own strategy of building harmonious relationships among people to sustain the process of competition that produces innovation, creativity, increasing productivity and economic growth, we believe that

“Catalyst 2015: Collaborate to Compete will help corporates understand the emerging trends in the global market space, which will shape the future global competitive market arena,” Premalal added.

CA Sri Lanka President Arjuna Herath said that over the years the conference has built a reputation as a business summit that focuses extensively and spurs insights into broad economic and business issues, apart from its core emphasis on finance-related topics.

Welcoming Prime Lands Group onboard as a Gold sponsor, Herath said that the conference continues to attract some of the country’s leading companies, who come onboard to sponsor this high-profile annual event.

“We are pleased to have Prime Lands Group as a gold sponsor for the 36th National Conference of Chartered Accountants,” he said.

“The conference is one of the most sought-after events in the country’s corporate calendar, attended by high-profile chairmen, directors, CEOs, CFOs and partners, and this year we expected to attract about 1500 participants at the conference,” Herath added.
