Emerald International recognizes Central Province dealers

With the main purpose of recognizing the dealers of the Central Province, Emerald International, Sri Lanka’s premier high-quality shirt manufacturer, who reigns supreme as the No.1 shirt brand in the country, with pristine quality and unmatchable style, recently hosted a glittering award ceremony for its valued Central Province distributors in the premises of Mahaweli Reach Hotel in Kandy.

Key highlight of this evening was the launch of the latest innovative product of Emerald, the Flexi-Collar shirt, which is an imperative solution for constricting collars, and the dazzling Deepawali Collection.

This get-together focused on the recognition of the praiseworthy contribution of Emerald International’s outstanding Central Province distributors with awards given to the best performers in sales, which also paved way for increased cordiality and camaraderie among all distributors present from different areas.

Based on the proven skills of the well experienced distributors of the esteemed Emerald range, the awards were categorized into three groups, with the lucky recipient of the Emerald Bronze award being the popular Weligama Tex of Giriulla, the proud Silver award recipient being the fashionable Janalanka Textile of Bandarawela, and the Coveted Gold award bagged by Sriyani Dress Point of Kegalle. The above award winning distributors won air tickets to Bangkok, Malaysia and Singapore, respectively. The evening gathering was also ensured trophies and certificates for second and third prize winners and also for the nominees for the awards. In addition, the special award for the Best Display Rack was won by Mangala Tex of Kandy.

This splendid, well-attended event was extremely successful and was hosted by Emerald International Managing Director A.F.M. Ikram, the backbone and force behind the success of the Emerald brand.
