Ambeon Holdings PLC Group Managing Director/CEO has resigned with effect from January 31, 2021.


A stock exchange filing by the company said the board accepted his resignation at a board meeting held on January 4. 


No reason for his resignation was provided.  Ambeon Holdings is a medium-sized conglomerate with interests in financial services, manufacturing of porcelain and textile products, real estate, technology, ICT and strategic investments.
