Supply chain logistics company Eagle Logistics organised a day training programme with Sri Lankan Airlines for its customers last week.

The programme is about the total import and export operations at cargo village Katunayake which includes warehouse, dangerous goods procedure, packing etc.  This is the first time a logistics company organise a programme to its customers.  Nuwan Wickramanayake, Head of Operations for Eagle Logistics said that “customers never get a chance of see this facility although they deal with air cargo for many years. This is the reason we have organised so that they could see the practical side of the operations at cargo village Katunayake for their imports and exports. Also he thanks all the offices of Sri Lankan Cargo for conducting the programme.  Customers also showed their appreciations to Eagle Logistics and request to continue this type of efforts in the future.
