Minister of Plantation Industry Navin Dissanayake and Chinese Agriculture Deputy Minister Chen Xiaohua inspected the Sri Lanka Tea Research Institute in Talawakele recently, and initiated a discussion on the promotion of ice and green tea between the two countries.
