Motorists have been advised to use alternate roads due to a street parade of the Vishnu Kovil between Peliyagoda and Waragoda on the Kandy Road between 6 and 8.30pm today (SD)

Already the available roads are not enough and middle of that rhe roads are closed either for demonstration, races or some kind of event. We suffer and suffer and there is not end for it like.
