This is an EXTREMELY DANGEROUS signal and I hope the Sri Lankan authorities totally reject it it. As several have commented, the world has seen how USA "worked" with people of Iraq, Libya, Afghanistan and the utter havoc they caused including destruction of innocent lives, complete devastation of infrastructure resulting from such alliances. Please let there be a massive PUBLIC OUTCRY AGAINST such an alliance with USA. MM

It is a good idea to start working with the Sri Lanka Government. It has to start at Montessori level the first lesson will be "what is human rights".
