Upcountry Peoples Front (UPF) member S.Arulsarmy will fill in the vacancy created by the death of UPF leader Minister P. Chandraksekran who passed away today.  Arulsarmy will fill the vacancy as he is the next in the party list, UPF sources said.

The Up Country Peoples Front (UPF) leader and Community Development and Social Inequity Minister P. Chandrasekeran passed away in hospital this morning, following a brief illness. (YP)
