The one-way traffic plan would be implemented from 6.00 a.m. tomorrow. The roads selected for the uni-flow system stretches from Maradana Junction to Technical Junction; Technical Junction to Sangaraja Roundabout and from Sangaraja Roundabout to the Maradana Junction.It was implemented after it was successfully tried out.

Good move! Now please extend Marine Drive! The overhead bridge built in Dehiwala is waiting to be utilised for years! That should help ease the traffic.

excellent traffic planning. Today I was able to reach the office ten minutes earlier than the routine time. I hope that same process will be applied to other traffic congested areas as well. (Town Hall, Thun mulla Junction, HSBC Junction & havlock junction)

I live in Kotahena, this is a big nuisance for us, not only does it increase the time taken to pass through Panchikawatta, people now have to take a longer route...
