Wat a big plan Ranil went through to retain his opposition leadership position. Brought in the General to lose the Presidential election. Now kicking out the General and contesting under the Elephant where he is the LEADER to retain the OPPOSITION LEADER position

The Alliance must never break at this point of time. Unity is Strength. It needs to give the Rajapakse administration a run at the General elections and defeat them and also see that General Sarath Fonseka is released immediately.

Failure to contest as a common opposition will make you all a ruthless Politicos who act with hypocrisy, which will make your attempt (at recently held presidential elections) null and void. How can you so called Patriotic Politicos even breath in peace when General is appealing for a moment to breath some fresh Air. This is Sri Lanka after all. What a pathetic situation we are facing at present ?

Gentlemen and Ladies of the UNF,

Please make a sensible decision. We don't really know the 'inside stories' of the opposition alliance at the presidential election. Was it indeed reliable? Were there under cover plans? Was it as genuine in its intention as the allied parties said? Was there any move to corner our noble leader? Please consider all these and also take into account
as to how best GSF can be accommodated in politics(if he so wishes) without obligations to anybody though.

IF UNP WANTS TO WIN
1. Ranil should proceed as the leader.
2. And he should attract his voters through bracelets & ringing tones.
3. He should take an oath of allegiance and a resignation letter from all the members who are contesting in this election under UNP ticket.
4. Still he should allow certain candidates to crossover if they are a threat to his leadership.
5. Eventhough nobody believes on computer jilmart he should give priority to this in his propaganda.
6. He should show his computer literacy by challenging the result of the Prez. Election.
7. People’s sufferings should never be addressed. They should give priority to rumours, fabricated stories & pure ‘mud slinging’ to the opponent candidates.
