No the route cause is people know that even if you commit murder they can get away with it.
or they know they will get a lengthy prison term but they will be released in 5 - 10 year for good behavior. FYI we call it civilized

My heartfelt sympathies deserve to these innocent victims. Definitely they will not be denied their supreme place in the highest-ranked paradise. Oh Lord of all the heavens! We seek your repentance and make our plea to bestow your choicest blessings upon them!!! On what basis these barbaric elements point their arms to murder such innocent kids? Let us concentrate more and more and more on cows and cattle!!! ending up turning our Mother Lanka an asylum for cattle instead of a Dharmarajya.
