Tharanga tests positive

Sri Lanka opening batsman Upul Tharanga tested positive for an banned substance at this year's World Cup, an International Cricket Council (ICC) source told Reuters on Sunday.

"The ICC will not comment on this as per World Anti-Doping Agency regulations," an ICC spokesman said.  Reuters

    According to reports: Tharanga has asthma, and he has tested positive for prednisilone which is a medication for asthma.

    exactly if Sachin does test postive then the ICC will drop charges on all players. After all it is the BCCI who run the game nowadays.
